Contract letters / Renewal letters

Looking for some additional examples--please chime in!!

I would like to put all of my customers on a yearly contract. Summers are getting dryer, and this really hits the income hard.

Do you guys have any example of letters i could send out to clients to change them over from per cut charge to a contract that i can include everything within.
An example of a contract you have your clients sign (residential) and possibly an introduction letter to send out to commercial jobs.

Not looking for big box stores, but small doctors offices/ clinics/ ins. companies.

I would appreciate any assistance.
I have searched the archives, but have only found pieces of stuff.
Just trying to put everthing together.
Have some information already, just looking to add to.

What Ive done is.........take some from each one and make it mine. The more simple it is the more likely the customers will accept it. Big words tend to scare away alot of residential customers.
This is only my 2nd year using them........people seem more at ease calling it a service agreement instead of a contract, contracts sound binding. Where as a service agreement sounds more like an agreement between 2 people.
