H2b process

First timer here for H2b.Going thru the process now for contracts. For those of you that have been thru this many times... How do you get around hiring the few applicants that respond to your 3 day ads for temp. help ?

I have seen this around but do not know what it is.....H2b????? Doesn't it have something to do with Mexicans?
