I left my walker backed into a wall for winter storage. Forgot that I may need to pop it open to charge a dead battery.
Any ideas how to get out of this predicament? The hopper is flat against the wall and can't be lifted enough to pop the front up.

I've tried pushing- no budge.

Turn the parking break off you crazy canuck! I can't believe this question is being asked. Grow a set and pull that machine far enough away from the wall to gain access.:usflag:

Thanks, but the brake is off. The wheels seem to be locked. I'd need to open it up to get at the tranny release.
I'd try pulling with a truck if a truck could get in there, but no can do.

pull the deck off and utilize a floor jack to lift the drive wheels until you can open the hopper.

Use a come-along. Attach it to one of the casters and the other to something like a pole and pull it right out.

I'll second this move....or jack it up enough to put some dollies under the wheels to roll it.

Be careful about sliding a walker. The gears in the drive can be broken by dragging the mower.

Remove the deck and use a floor jack to move the mower.
