For some of the more experienced computer users or guys that make their own advertising stuff, could you suggest one of the better design software titles out there? I believe in the long run buying a better program will pay itself off. Currently I am looking at purchasing Dreamweaver 8 for web-design but am looking for a program to design business cards, brochures, door hangers etc.

What do the pro's use to make the stuff you see on graphic design websites?

Dont buy software. just download it with serial #from limewire..... Also most companys use Photoshop for graphics..Also available on limewire. lol :nono:

I have heard that those programs usually have viruses in them.

Use Photoshop it's great. I use it from 4 years and I'll never change it with other program.

Dave, photoshop is probably the # one choice of designers. We also use illustrator here. I personally use corel draw because that's what i already have. One day i will buy photoshop.
