Price Section of the Agreement

Please tell me what is wrong, or what should be taken out or added to this section:


PRICING

A.The client is responsible for the cost of $ __________ per cut.

B.For an additional charge of $ __________ all clippings will be collected and removed.
**This can be issued at any time during the season if client desires**

□ $ ___________ per cut + mulched

Personally I wouldn't say anything about mulching.

I'd have a set price to leave the clippings on the lawn(mulch or discharge neither here nor there).

Then, I would state that collection/disposal of clippings will incur an additional charge of X dollars.

Cutting of all turf areas trimming of all beds,sidewalks and driveway.

total due xxxx


This is a basic what I do.

What about collection, and mulching? and do you give a payment option on lawn cutting or is it on a monthly "as performed" basis

I bill monthly. As for the clippings I take them if I have to no extra,but thats me.

Do you have a service agreement with evry service you offer on it or do you have seperate ones?

With lawn cutting it's just a written agreement for the price.
Landscaping it's a proposal with all the work to be done and price.
Other work I just tell them a price and do it and get a check when I'm done.

You offer any programs? like a complete landscape package of mowing, bed maintenance, aerating, etc?

With the proposal this is only if you get a call saying do you guys offer such and such?
