Sorry....

That is a beating going through buckets of fittings. i've had a few of those. I don't know what kind of condition they are in but what if you just hauled them to your favorite supply house and paid a restocking fee plus getting credit?

Well..that sounds great BUT here in Colorado there isn't much use for pvc fittings....I'm guessing they will say NO....if I had gotten rid of them previous to leaving Arizona for the promised land.....I could have done that.

Also...they have been banging around in bins....they have that look to them, but of course, we all know there is nothing wrong with them....but the parts house will not take them with that look to them ;)

I also have a bunch of 1/2 and 3/4 inch fittings that I will never use. A lot of them are weird fittings that I'd never use, like crosses. I will try and post next week. Until I move someone out of my house this week, I can't get to the bins in the garage. I have a couple of older large valves as well. One's a TORO, and one brass valve.

Try A golf course. I wonder if they have a forum. Back in my teenage green and tee night watering days we used nothing but QC. The advantage was if there was a lot of wind we could move the massive hose end sprinklers down wind and still get water on the greens. Sometimes we ended up hand watering greens. Still needed those QC.

thats where it evolved from. i did some add ons on a local golf course, we had some 2.5" and 3" gasketed mains to extend for QC's and additional toro valve in heads.

Are they single lug/slot by any chance? What type of cover/lid? Post a couple of pictures? :)

I wonder what the weight of that box would be packed well enough to ship? I wish I knew what I had in the ground already better. I've been told I have some areas that have been "improved" but the irrigation didn't get improved with them. Well, I get water running, I'll drop you a line and see if you still have them. Might be a real boon to a no budget situation like mine :)

I pulled my tubs of PVC fittings out of the shed today.....I want to gauge interest b4 I start sorting....

1/2 stuff all the way up to 2.5 inch stuff.......do you think the seals on the slip fixes are bad from sitting?

Please let me know in this thread or PM or email or whatever if there is any interest.....I would also consider selling all 4 tubs for $150 bucks plus shipping....I bet there is 1000 bucks in GD fittings there....sigh.

Get a Sharpie and autograph each one, and sell them as the Signature Series of fittings.
