I would like to know the story behind that one...

Looks like the garage door severed as the ramp to get the truck on that Farrari.

Wow, be kinda neat to hear the rest of the story on that. How would you explain that to your insurance agent?

Someone got mad at their crappy Ford *cough* and threw it over the ferrari just barely clearing the garage ceiling, so what? It prolly happens all the time with ford owners:)

As you can tell by the plates, this happened in Arkansas. IIRC, the guy lives on a "surprise" corner in the road, and he's had more than one vehicle end up in his yard. The Ford was just the most dramatic.

So you know the details of this??? I think we got the idea, but fill us in on the specifics....

Ok so the truck went over the Ferrari, not the Ferrari under the truck.

How odd. I've seen this photo probably a dozen times, and never once did I think the Ferrari went under the truck. LOL. I have -no- idea why that never even occured to me. Weird how we "see" things differently!

You'd be surprised. Low cost of living, and lots of business owners. Also, the land is -dirt cheap- relative to costs in urban areas (LA, east coast, etc). Lots of folks sell the East / West coast place, buy a relative "palace" in AR on lots of acreage, and -still- have enough money left to retire on.

My fiancee works for a land title company, and she's amazed at the amount of "middle of nowhere" land bought by people from California. If you don't need a job, and you want your privacy / chosen quality of life...it's easy to do this way.

I know... I actually have family in North Little Rock. They used to own an HVAC company. They are retired now, and are living pretty good.

The truck had to be air borne going into the garage. The Car has no dent in the left rear quarter panel as if no contact was made.

This is one way of fitting all of your cars into one Garage. No need for a second building.

To my darling husband,

Before you return from your overseas trip I just want to let you know
about the small accident I had with the pick up truck when I turned
into the driveway. Fortunately not too bad and I really didn't get
hurt, so please don't worry too much about me.

I was coming home from Wal-Mart, and when I turned into the driveway I accidentally pushed down on the accelerator instead of the brake. The garage door is slightly bent but the pick up fortunately came to a halt when it bumped into your car.

I am really sorry, but I know with your kind-hearted personality you
will forgive me. You know how much I love you and care for you my
sweetheart.

I am enclosing a picture for you. I cannot wait to hold you in my arms
again.

Your loving wife.

P.S. Your girlfriend called.

If you look closely, you can see the scrape marks from the truck going in. I'm going out on a limb & saying it was a new driver that thought the gas was the brake. My sister did that when she was learning & took out the deep freeze. 10 years later & she still gets razzed over that one.
