Just wanted to introduce myself. I am starting my landscaping business this year after "putting it off" for the last 5 years. I'm leaving my job as Quality Assurance Manager to start my company. I've worked for multiple companies and was a head groundskeeper at one of the few 5 star golf courses in the country. I've read great posts from all of you and I hope soon I can contribute. Yes you'll notice I have no equipment as noted by my signature, but it's just a matter and going to buy it (don't beat me too bad). Trust me, I will not let this company be a 1 and done. I've got great experience and I've done my homework.
I do have one question, I just moved into a new house with this business plan in mind and my next door neighbor owns a landscpaing business. We haven't met yet, but I'd hate to spring it on them the first time we meet. Any suggestions?
