Exmark 36" Walkbehind Help

I am looking to buy one of these from a guy who has used this residentially. He has one 32" and one 48". I was thinking of the 32" so I could get into smaller fenced yards. He says he taken good care of them and they are only a couple of years old. It's belt driven.

Does anyone have any experience with these? Does $1200 sound like a fair price (assuming it's in good shape when I see it)?

I think 900 is more like it. unless they are only 2 yrs old or newer. i would want the 36 inch. cause you can still get in gates. 20 yrs & i still never needed smaller than 36. most gates are 38 or more. even if you have a few that are 36 u can tilt sideways and get thru gate. even with 1 guy. i have done it. its easy.
