How to keep tires clean??

I don't know if I'm the only one that has this problem, the after I have been mowing for awhile, the lugs of my drive tires (ZTR Scag) get filled up with grass clippings and dirt (I sometimes run over crawdad mounds).<p>This causes occassional wheel slippage during turns.<p>This is a problem only in the Spring when there is alot of moisture in the grass. (I'm not talking dew...I mow in the afternoon.)<p>Any suggestions on how to prevent this? Is there anything to spray on the tires?<p>Thanks,<p><p>----------<br>D. Tom<br>
