I am a small lco, and im looking into sealcoating as another side venture, anyone have any tips or advice to start up. Ex. type of equip needed, when season is, and how to price residential work??

Ya like doing the jobs with properly mixed sealcoat with sand and not coming out to parking lots with spray paint cans looking like a rookie without the right equipment or a clue.
