17hp kawasaki FH500V

hope this is ok I need help with a propane floor buffer
it has a 17 hp Kawasaki FH500V motor we have 2 of them both the same , one run good but this one run and start good but seem to have no power it hard to push at anything faster then a real slow walk Want to see if we can get more RPM out of it but not sure how it a old machine but there no hope of replacing it anytime soon thanks

You need to check if it has spark at both plugs, may have a coil that failed and now it is running on one cylinder causing your drop in engine power.

Make Sure Throttle Cable Is Moving Its Full Motion If Not Put On Full Throttle And Pull Cable And Tighten It Down
