Dixon deck hanger question

On my Dixon Mag Ram 44, the front deck hangers are at an appreciable angle to the vertical.

Is this normal or does it mean that the drive belt to the deck has stretched allowing the deck to be further forward than it should be?

The rear deck hanger chains are also out of vertical the same way but by a smaller amount.

I am just looking at some pics from the '06 brochure of your model, and it DOES appear that the hanger on one machine is verticle, but another the same hanger is more forward at the bottom like yours. As the deck is LOWERED that angle will decrease. Yes the belt has probably streched a bit, but it appears to be nothing out of the ordinary.
