Using a Metro 26"

I am considering purchasing a Metro 26" mower. I know there have been some issues with this mower but it is sounding like they have been cleared up. My primary mower is a 36" Turf Tracer HP. I mow primarily residential and will use the 26" as my finishing mower. I have a couple of small lawns where the 36" is just to big so I will also use it there. Is this mower maneuverable enough to be my only small mower or should I really be looking at the 21" instead. Thanks in advance for your input.

it's a good mower, but it is what it is. It's a 26, which means added bulk and weight.
