Thanks. Your making me jelous. I'm still waiting to pick up my 31hp 60" XS. Dealer hasn't put it together yet. No need for it yet but still I would like to just look at it.

Thats a nice mower. Looks like they put the extra 6 inches all on the trim side. Happy mowing.

Seeing you don't know FL we live in the "flat lands" where I live and with 7 large account this was just a smart Idea IMO. Commercial and industrial jobs, well anything over 1 acer this thing will kill it in no time, it a quality cutting mower so hell ya commercial.

what are you talking about with the upgraded pulleys? I have your model and never heard anything about different pulleys. I know your grass is alot different, so maybe it's just a florida thing.? You got a good price too.

Sarasota has some great places to mow. Tons of green grass with a lot of open areas. Around the bay area yards are smaller with a ton of obstacles to trim around and too many gated back yards. It takes too much time on these little yards. I'd love to work around the big subdivisions on golf courses down around Sarasota.

I have to say one of the best parts about working here is when I get to go offer the Ringling bridge and work by the bay, just puts a smile on my face. (need to start taking my fishing pole to work with me,, lol)

I believe they have it listed for $7K... Not a bad price considering the guy paid 11K last year.
