It is said that your best customers are the ones that you retain. How much customer contact do you have with your customers? Over the course of a year, how many of you guys send your customers correspondence either thanking them for their business, customer satisfaction surveys,calenders, sales messages, or greeting cards etc. If yes, what has been some of the comments and responses that you can received from your customers?
