Well Im Official!!

I hope this is the right section but Im excited to say that I applied for my LLC.

I paid up and now just have to wait for the state to do their thing. I am so excited but a little nervous at the same time only because now there is no turning back now!

Look out here I come!!

I have 5,000 door hangers sitting here ready to be hung so im hoping that in combination with a few other things im doing will provide me with the customer base im looking for.


Anyway, thats it, ill stop rambling, just wanted to share my news!:usflag:

Oh im waiting...... Im going to put out about 300 in a specific area this weekend but in mid/late march in when im going to get the rest hung. :walking:

Yeah im pretty excited. I will admit, its hard not to get a little stressed at times but I just keep reviewing my business plan and trying to get all my marbles in a row.

Congrats to you in future setting up your LLC. As you know it is pretty nice!

Congrats dude....today was my big day also. I am just structuring as a sole proprietorship for this season and will probably make the move to LLC next year. I went today and registered with my county and registered my DBA. I also petitioned to reserve name right on my future LLC. I will have to renew or form it as an LLC in six months, but it is only like $30 to make sure you would have the right to that name held for 6 months. I also opened my business account today and bought my trailer.....I am getting psyched....By late next week I should have most of my marketing/advertising mediums in my hands and be ready to start soliciting....

Im still waiting on my Federal tax ID # so I can open my account. I have a bunch of snowplowing checks that need to be deposited and they are all written out to my business name. You just got a trailer huh? sounds like things are moving right along, thats my next purchase as well.
