Congrats on both achievements. Very nice looking shop. How much space do you rent out? Where are you in Iowa?

I have 30 storage rentals here. The shop is full all the time. I am hoping to build another one in a few years. During the winter I rent out camper space. And in the summer it has all my suppies, trailers equipment and trucks. I am located in Victor, IA. The building sit right along I-80 at the Victor exit.

Wow that looks great. Do you turn a profit off of the rentals? or are they just paying off the loan for you? Looks like a great financial move.

The rentals pay for the whole place. I have to kick in a little for taxes and utilities, but other then that the place does not cost me anything. If I could get all the rentals rented out they would cover all expenses. Then I still have my building to use at no cost.

There is a ton of money to be made doing what your doing with rentals.
