I am selling my business in Charlotte NC. Don't know if this area interests you. Let me know if it does. Anyway, I have the following:

34 contracted weekly mowing accounts. all on 12 month contracts. they do not include the extras like ferts, seed, weed control, etc. these charges extra in the month the service is performed. Leaves are extra too.

36 treatment only agreements. these are non-binding but I have been doing them for a couple years. They are fert, seed, weed control, etc only. I can show spread sheets of all revenue to date and what these accounts will generate in a 12 month period. They generate $95k as of now.

Plus my equipment, I would like to see $17k come out of it:
