neighbor notification

In your state do you have to notify neighbors or "sensitive" people?
Does the law to notify apply even if the symptoms are psychosomatic?

Thank God we don't have that here where you have to notify everyone around like some states have enacted. we just get our sheets of select people to watch out for, but there are none in the area. I couldn't even imagine what it would do to our bottom line if we had to notify every contacting property prior to any applications.

In PA we have to contact anybody on the hypersensitivity list I beleave 48 hours before an application if its within x amount of feet from where we are doing the aplication. Luckily no one on that list has ever been close enough to any of my clients.... thank god!
