Nice flyer, full colour, edge to edge (I think that requires trimming), I guess it will be on glossy to show the pics better. Last time I got a quote for something like that from Galaxy printing they wanted $800 for 5000. I picked up my jaw and left.

the pic of the red pavers looks sloppy and blurry or pixilated.

I liked the top of the 1st better then the 2nd. I liked the bottom of the 2nd better then the 1st. Picture is much better and "professional designs by blah blah" isn't capped. I wonder if Studio 8 should be coloured, the 8 could be better distinguished from the background colour. But I like it.

This is a good read for a self critique though it can complicate things.
