Hey guys just wanted to try and post a picture up. Also did a search and did'nt see any examples of lawns cut by a grasshopper. This was taken last fall, the grass is mostly fescue. Feel free to post picture's of lawns you cut. Try and include the type of grass it is and the mower you used to cut it with. This might be helpful to people considering what mower to purchase. Enjoy!

Thanks for the replies guys. The black spot is my sign, was'nt sure if I wanted my business name, phone number and such on here.

The stripes are just from the deck, no striping kit used.

What is with all those leaves on the yard......no mulch kit on your unit apparently?

Grasshopper has no striping kit, they have a rubber flap thatz junk you have to replace it with a thicker one.

Nope no mulch kit. Side discharge only. I've never ran a mulch system on this mower, and I don't think I want to. Around here the spring grass is so thick, especially if fertilized, that if it is wet or overgrown the mower would have to slow way down. I would rather just double cut or vac if needed. Plus this picture was taken the last part of Novemeber about two weeks after the last cut and also a couple hours after a storm.

Yeah I totally agree with this. This flap is pretty much worthless in terms of striping.
