Ok, long story very short. 1) Estimate how much time it will take you. 2) figure out how much you want to make per hour. 3) multipy for your answer.
Example: lawn should take 45 minutes. I want to charge $60/hr for my work. $60 X .75(45 minutes is 3/4 of an hour) = $45.00. The even shorter answer would be to take a look at the lawn and just blurt out what you initially think it is worth. More often than not, my first instinct is normally the best instinct upon further research.

Oh yeah, and don't lowball your competition to get lawns. It WILL bite you in the ass... when you become the guy that people are undercutting yet again for lawns. Get it?
