Pros and Cons of the Hustler mini z 17/36xr7

Has anyone had experience with the Hustler mini z 17/36xr7. I am new to the business and have the opportunity to purchase this machine. Most of the customers that I have have less than an 1/2 acre of grass to be mowed. I will only be cutting 5 yards per day. Any feedback on this mower would be helpful.

This machine advertises as being (some what commercial), but for the price I doubt it. Does anyone have any experience with this Z?

I know dealer support is the way to go, but I would like a rider starting out to go with a walk behind. Wondering if this machine would hold up for any length of time. Thanks for any replies. ;)
