Part 2 Blade Sharpening Cost

Thanks all for the input. I have a 6" bench grider which I can now use since I changed the wire wheel to the other side. The new question, is there a stone type or grade better for sharpening blades?

Yes. On all dedicated blade sharpeners, they use as rough and soft of a stone as possible. I'm sorry, but I can't recall the numbers. This is necessary to prevent overheating and glazing. Even then, these stones need to kept dressed.
