What product have ya'll found that does a good job at cleaning stainless? I want to keep my simulators shinning yet whatever I use seems to just make them look dull......more "aluminum".

Have you tried any commercial stainless cleaners? Also, try windex.

My pleasure - at least all those years washing dishes will pay off.
Keep in mind that Sheila Shine is the #1 cleaner in the food and beverage industry. It's used by all major commercial kitchens to keep their stainless "sparkling". They have a lot of stainless prep tables ... so your items should be no problem. You'll find it at any commercial kitchen supply house.
Enjoy!
