alright, how much responsibility do we give our employees. i give my guy the responsibility for arranging labor. i pay them, and say who works, but he actually talks with them. he goes and cuts the lawns, and is basically a foreman. i dont trust him to climb trees yet. but i do trust him to keep brush off the houses and what not, as long as i rig it right. so what do you guys give your employees for responsibilities? do you let them collect money? do you let them take a vehicle home? or you name it. what is the limit that you set?

Do you realize you talk about your friends and employees more than any other member here? In fact after a search, you talk about them in 93 threads and I have no idea how many posts in each thread. We know your employees by name, where they are from, the works. I see you have 2 more threads started on employees. What else can you say about them?
Can we move onto another subject, and please don't let it be trees. :(
Post those on the Arborist site.
