Has anyone seen any good books about the guidelines of subcontracting (the right way!!, not calling billy bob down the street and asking him to do you a favor!! &quot;The Contractors Legal Kit&quot; by Gary Ransome is an excellent book for contractors. It is a user-friendly legal guide for home builders and remodelers but a lot of the basic principles can be adapted to the lawn industry.

Thanks Parkwest! BRL, your close, but no Cigar!! It would be too hard for me to put my name on something that I couldn't even check on, being overseas and all. I'm just preparing in case my next assignment is back in the sates, I plan on doing some of the business work and subbing out the jobs. We'll see how it goes. I'm still planning on sticking with the Air Force for my 20 years though, I love it! I've got semesters left until I recieve my Associates from the CC of the AF in Applied Science in Construction and Pavements Technology, and I'm also working toward a bachelors with U of Maryland in business managment. The best part is I'll leave the military at age 38 with 20 years experience, plus the degrees, and all for free! There are definetly some huge sacrifices on my part, but I think it'll all be worth it in the end.<p>BRL -I think your FBI and Lawn Care on the side!! Great detective work!!
