eb7001 problems

hey guys, i have a problem my eb7001 has been acting up. i have had a problem with the idle lever coming loose and it would go to half choke and i had to take it apart and tighten it up some, but it seems to have the same problem except that the idle lever isn't loose so im guessing its something else now. it was working fine after i fixed it so i don't thinks its that unless something happen that i don't know about

symptoms
runs good for first couple of minutes and if i want to keep it running after that i can only go about half speed

business is starting to pick up so any help would be appreciated
