Hello there. I am looking for some help. I am willing to pay for it if deemed neceessary. What I am looking for is a program that I can have in my computer that allows me to record all my customers names and information, then when it comes to billing time, I can just print it out rather than have to hand write every single one. Also so when a customer pays, I can just register that they paid by doing it on the computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you very much.

QuickBooks for accounting. Act2000 for scheduling and customer contact info. Both are relatively simple. Will take you a season to become proficient at both. Demos are available on both the Intuit (QuickBooks) website and Symantec (Act2000) website if you want to play around with them before you invest the money.
Good luck.
