I just bought a 1996 Ford F350 4x4, a brand new 20' enclosed trailer, and a new 18' steel bed car hauler, and Kubota bx24 tractor with front end loader and backhoe. :dizzy:

It's so if you haul a car you can open the door and then you are able to open your car door also. I like it because it gives you a little more air circulation when your in the trailer on those hot summer days.

That is a CLEAN truck. Which engine does it have? I've got a 96 250 PSD that same color, extended cab, but it's starting to rust on the bed a little.

Thanks stroker. It has 7.5 ltr. 460. I bought it from a friend of mine who takes very good care of his vehicles. It only has 71000 actual miles on it.

WOW, that's going to suck some serious petrol pulling that trailer.

The truck looks well maintained. How much was the open trailer?

you can also use the side door for filling equipment in the trailer.

Wow, those are some nice trailers and I LOVE that truck. Best bodystyle ever made. Congrats! What size tires are on the truck? They look good.

dido, that truck is sweetest model they ever made. Good luck with it, i think i would shell out some cash for that truck. That 460 has some serious power though, it sucks gas. In like 93, the stock 7.3, with no turbo on it had less torque and horsepower then the 460. Good luck with it, I love it

thanks pete, lol the date needs to be reset i guess I changed the batteries and forgot to update. I know its not going to be an economy model as far as gas miledge but I was sick of not having enough power and I want be putting very many miles on it anyway. It gets 13 mpg running empty on the road.

mrusk, thanks. The trailers are parked there temporarily until I extend my drive beside the house and then they will be parked there. I like everyone else have run out of room for my toys.

GreenNclean I bought the open trailer and the enclosed at the Nashville Powersports Auction the 18' steelbed car hauler was $1450+15% buyers premium which made it $1,675. I built the sides for about $140.

The 460 won't get the best mileage, but compare a 7.5 EFI to a 5.8 EFI engine, and in my experience, with a load behind, my old 460 actually got about a mile or two per gallon better than the 351 I had. This is with a load, empty, no way my 460 was getting better mileage than a 351. That is gonna be a great looking setup though, now just get it all lettered up nice and I will be in major envy of your rig!
