hustler z 60'

hey guys just curious to see if you think this is a good deal? I have been offered a hustler z 60" for $5500, it has 146 hours and i think it is a 2003 or 2004. It was owned by a 69 year old and he used it to cut his own lawn and a camp site where he stayed, should i accept this offer?

It would have to be showroom condition for that price in my opinion.
