My Wesnesday route consists of about 25 to 30 simple mostly residential lawns. They range anywhere for from $25-$55/cut for just mow and go. I was considering sub-contracting them to someone. If I were to do so, what would be a fair rate to pay the sub? Percent of the gross, percent of each lawn, a fixed amount? I understand if I sub them I probably won't make much. Your opinions please.

Sub gets 80% of each lawn, you keep 20% for getting the work, administrative costs, profit, etc...

depends on the sub, some people will work for less, i would take as low 20 bucks for a small lawn long as a bunch were together and you could knock out a bunch at once.
