i have a cub cadet m54 tank and was wondering if there were better blades than stock and if so which ones would you guys suggest????

Blades depend more on the time of year and the types of grass you will be cutting. I generally run a standard high lift in the spring and summer and Gators in the fall.

I use OEM most of the time.
Tried some after market blades once, only got one grind out of them.

There are only a few blade manufactures in the country. OEM and after market come from the same company, most likely.

I run the same as Metro, hi lifts in spring/summer and mulching blades in the fall.

OEM was stamped USA

After market was stamped France ?

I haven't gotten any aftermarket blades from overseas, yet.

Try our MEG MO blades. They last so much longer then the blades yous are using now that it makes the MEG MO blades cheaper to run and the knives only cost $4.95@ from there on. Cut wet or dry and grass is cut up finer so on a normal weekly mowing no grass showing on the turf. Stay sharp 8 to 10 times longer.

I would like to but my mowers don't have enough power....
