How do most of you submit a commercial bid? I am putting a bid together for about 11 properties for a company. Would you just list one price for mowing all the properties or would you list the prices individually?
They only want mowing, mulch and shrub trimming on two properties, the rest will be bi-weekly cuts.
Any advice is appreciated.

what normally do is give them a price for each property and then a grand total.

Bid them seperate and break it down to a monthly charge. To do that you need to guess how many times the bushes need to be trimmed and factor that into the charge. Most commericial properties do not include mulch in the monthly but you give them a per bag price...usually $5/bag. Same for flowers. What about fertilize? Any tree trimming, usually you keep them up to 6ft clearance min. as part of the bid. Ask them for a copy of the bids they have so you can compare what was included and what isn't. If they want to keep it confidential they can blank out the dollar amounts.
