I moved into a townhouse a little over a year ago and am getting ready to take the home improvements outside. Last summer I removed all the unhealthy shrubs (all but one) and this summer I want to put in some new plants. First, I want to improve the grade of the front lawn. Technically, it is "neutral," but before I do a lot of planting I want to make the grade positive. Any recommendations on tools and tips to get me started would be greatly appreciated!
