Copy of an Estimate

Does anyone have a copy of their Estimate sheet that they'd like to share? Since I'm offering different services, I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how it should all look at the end with sub totals and taxes if someone wants weekly, monthly etc......If you have anything that might help me that would be great.
