My wife and I do a lot of 5-6 acre park areas with tons of trees, or camp hookups, and they take 50 minutes for the 5 acre, and 60 minutes for the 6 acre places. We do a 22 acre (one mile of curbs to keep trimmed) in 3.5 hrs., so our average is 10 minutes per acre on almost any property we do. We have a couple of 1.5 acre areas, and they are 12 minutes, but they have no trees.

Just to cut it, 20-25 minutes for a half acre with the 48" Proline, but it used to take longer (closer to 40), age and condition of machine and experience make all the difference.

Flex Deck didnt tell you that the mower he uses cuts a 9 foot swath with each pass. Usually takes me alone about 30 minutes with a 44" ztr and I mulch.
