Well I think your talking about the one with the floating deck and its black? If thats the case it is a good mower from my understanding. It has the same Command cutting deck our Cub commercial Tank has and its a very good deck. I have looked at them in person and they looked impressive.

yeah, if you have the hand of a gorilla. What they have to do is put a bobcat handle on a scag.

I've heard that machine is a P.O.S. and not to even consider one. Sorry to be so blunt.

I like mine. The "stop bar" is adjustable so you can fine tune it to your hand size. Works for me

Thanks for the feedback. I did not buy one yet so I appreciate any feedback. What about the cub cadet that looks just like it. Model HH1748 think?

They are the same mower. Cub Commercial makes Lesco mowers.

They are the same mower. The Lesco is just cheaper, in price not quality.

Here are a few pictures of mine and some work done with it. The mower has a proslide on it and the lawn was pretty dry.

Commercial turf products makes them for Cub and Lesco.

I believe the reason some of the people say they suck is because the majority of them had a bad hydro or if not one went bad pretty quickly. Lesco has been willing to sell the rest for $1500 brand new. But you will have to fix the hydro yourself which is $600. $2100, is a pretty good price for a 52'' hydro walk behind that is brand new! Supposedly once you replace the hydro they are pretty problem free. I am considering purchasing one, but I would also like to hear more on the cut quality. It seems good to go with the 19hp Kawisaki motor.

So any more opinions on cut quality. How does it do in wet? How do it do mulching? or thick grass? Are the controls as easy and comfortable as they look. Can anyone compare them to any other mowers as far as quality.

It has the command cut deck which does great in all conditions. Same deck thats on our tank and Envys Z-Two and Wrikens many Tanks.

Don't buy one, I went to my Lesco dealership and they even said that it is a POS. They would not even order one for me if I wanted one. That alone should tell you to stay away. I would recommend the 48 hydro wb though, which is the Lesco green model.

I would recommend the 48 hydro wb though, which is the Lesco green model. Lesco told me the same thing. I called OHIO lesco and got the scoop on them. They told me that if you were pulling a sulky to steer clear and that the machine was nowhere near as reliable as the standard hydro.
