xr7 vs old style deck

I have a dealer that will sell me an old style deck on a 52/23hp mower for 7000 out the door. But am i going to regret getting this mower over a new xr7 which is 7800 out the door. 800 is a big difference just for a newer model. What should i do? I cut zosia sod with it also. Thanks Clint

The older model is a good deal, no doubt....
But the XR-7 is going to be a awesome machine in your application also.
Tough choice..... I would lean towards the new XR-7 unit.
