I just installed Centepede Sod in my front yard last year. So I have a mix of Fescue in the back and 5,000 sq ft of centepede in the front.
Is there a weed control only chemical application I can go ahead and put on the centepede? There are a number of weeds on the outlying areas of the sod.
I realize that I should use 1 lb/1000 sq ft of nitrogen after the centepede is in full green up...probably mid-May, but I need some type of weed control now.
Also.....I hate to ask because I've trolled/searched these discussion about a residential zero turn mower for some time. But.....I'm looking for a RZT for $3000 or less. I only have 16,000 sq. ft. of grass. Suggestions?
