I need something that is kinda universal (good w/ side discharge and good w/ mulching). These blades are going to be going on a mini z 42".

Where would I get a kit to run double blades?

I think I am going to go with Super High lifts.

Where can I get 42" super high lift blades online? I have yet to find them. J-thomas doesn't have them. Would my Hustler dealer be able to get them for me?

Will the super high lifts have more blowout from in front of the deck?

I'm not sure what you have for a mower but most you do not need any Kit for. Just put two blades on top of one another at a 90 degree angle at a 4 blade type.

But what if they aren't at exactly 90 degree angles? Will that screw up the balance?
What is a "4 blade type"? I have a Mini Z 42". Do I need to get a longer bolt to bolt my blades onto the spindle?

No it will not because we have had them very close to one another and have never had a problem. What I mean is if you happen to hit something that is not forgiving. We have never had a problem with a balanced blade.

Really? Cool! Can I get anyone else out there to testify to this working too?

From what I saw they didn't have the blades for my Mini 42. They have to be 20 and 1/2" blades. I want super high lifts too.

Even when the double blades aren't pefectly perpendicular to each other? (i know I sound like I am repeating myself but I just want to be perfectly sure.) I am assuming you run Tanks? Do you bag, mulch , or SD?
