Easy to build your own, I'll post pictures on Monday of the ones we build for our John Deeres. I think we may have $30 a piece into them. We can open and close them with two fingers and they are spring loaded. If you want to buy one, the Trimmer Trap and Ez Chute are about the best and most reasonably priced.

Check the advance chute system, It is the only one on the market to have holes in the cover to let the air out and that makes a big difference.

www.powerchutedesign.com also has slots to allow air flow out, but keep grass clippings in.

The slots are a better idea, will not plug up nearly as fast. The ones that i have built, I make so the very back of the shute doesn't fit tight so air can escape. Holes plug up within a few minutes of mowing wet or sappy grass.
