JD 757 60" MOD Problem ???? Help???

It will not stay in mulching. It keeps popping up. I took it into were I bought it, but they have not fixed it yet. They thought they had fixed it.

I will be calling them in the morning.

It has about 100 hrs. Just got it last summer.

I love it as long as they can fix it.

Anyone else having this problem??

Or any ideas how to fix it ??
