Anyone of you been approached by Home Depot to be a subcontractor for there landscaping group? If so what do you think about it?

I approched my local home depot about trying to get their account. I was advised that they accept bids in five year intervals. Conversly the LCO is locked into the contract for five years-In my area, the store is in its second year.....Of course one has to go through corporate HQ to get the bid info......
