Help, where can I find swivel wheels/rotating wheels

I am considering making my own z trailer and the wheels are the last parts on my shopping list.

There is nothing on their site, but I'd contact someone like National caster www.nationalcaster.com . they have several brands, and I believe they could alteast lead you in the right direction.
