Im going to make a bid on a tear out and resod . The yard has alot of mold in it. This is the first one ive done that has had it this bad. What im asking is when i take off the sod should i take a few extra inches of soil off too? I've heard that the mold will stay in the soil underneath the sod up to a couple inches. If they accept the bid i want to make sure i do this right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
