I Am Doing A Walkway And Sitting Wall Using The Techo Creta. I Am A Masonry Company And This Is The First Bid For This Type Of Work. I Have A Patio That Is 250 Sq Ft And The Sitting Wall Is 108 Linear Feet By 2.5 Ft High. What Is An Accurate Price For This. I Charged 7.50 A Sq(materials Are All Supplied) And 20 Per Sq Ft For Base Course And 7 Per Sq Ft For All Other Courses(materail Supplied) Is That Accurate Or Too Low.

never unit price anything. Always base a price on estimated production hrs and materials.

For 250 Sf, we would probably be $3,000 - $3,500, plus the seat wall would be additional.

$3,000 is our min charge. Any less than that, and it's not worth starting the truck.

A seating wall is more comfortable at 18" high. 2.5 ft high is too much IMO
