Synthetic 27-0-4 vs Organic Based (Milorganite) 12-0-12

Can you all please give me the pros and cons of the above lised fert types?

Any info is much appreciated. Especially how they react/interact/breakdown in the soil and how they are taken up with the grass plant.

What are the source(s) of N, and percentage of slow release for each and every product you are considering? What is the response of the turfgrasses in
your area to each N source?
