My clients are asking me to email the invoice, I have no clue how to do that.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Depends on what software you use for invoices. Mine are done on MS Excel. I would just save a copy (as I always do) and attach it in an e-mail. Make sure you set your e-mail account to request a "read receipt"

The best thing for you to do is buy some type of version of quick books I have premier version 6.0 and I email my invoices over that kind of software its really easy and works great.Matt
whatever software you use, you could tell it to print to a .pdf. Just email them the pdf file. this way any printer wwill be able to print it.

I have Quick books Pro.
I just set up the QB Billing Solutions too. I E-mail the invoice and they pay on-line. I sent two invoices and was paid the same day so far it is working well. They are given a log in and can view their account history as well.
I know it cost me money but so does printing, envelops and stamps.

I was wondering how you like it? I was looking into it but haven't made up my mind. Thanks
